Health experts have warned of the child's addiction of computer games, Possibly endanger them to the risk of injuries may lead to disabilities, Notably neck, back and limb injuries.
Dr. Manal Omar, a child psychiatry consultative, showing you the negative behavioral effects of the unregulated use of computer games:

The risks are as follows:

A - Raising children to violence and aggression: This teaches them methods of committing the crime and develop in  their minds violence and aggression through the habitual practice those games.

B - Excessive addiction to play.



C - The neglect of the school homework, and escape from it during school hours, and learning disorders.

D - Acquiring bad habits, and the formation of culture distorted.


E - A laziness and inactivity and social isolation , in addition to social tension and loss the free thinking ability, and reverse determinations.


Who is responsible?

D. Manal  refer that the family is considered the first line defense  in maintaining the children; by examining these game's contents and control the display by following ways:



1 - Develop values ​​and principles in  your children's hearts and minds; through conscious breeding  and continuous monitoring.

2 - A balance between the work times and play, and teaching them mediate, moderation and get a feel that everything  own its specific time.

3 - I do not mind buying games, provided that the content is useful, and the duration of the display and watch them is limited , and stay away from buying games that corrupts the mind and the body.

4 - Share your child  in the games; to cut the impact of their violence on behavior.

5 - Make your child likes to read the stories aimed at connecting children to their history.

6 - Encouraged them to practice their hobbies.

7 - Allocated times for entertainment and recreation, as a visit gardens and public parks.
